How do I place an order?

Please fill our quote form online and will get back to you shortly. You should reserve as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first come basis. Deposits are required to hold reservations.

Can I make changes to my order ?

Yes. You may make additions and modifications up to 48 hours before your delivery or will/call date.

Do you charge delivery fees?

Delivery is available and should be arranged at the time rentals are reserved. Delivery charges are based on the event location. Someone should be available to accept deliveries and sign release of materials. Please report shortages to the driver at the time of delivery. Delivery and pickup charges are based on ground floor delivery. If rentals must be carried to other floors or to a specific area, additional charges may apply. Our personnel are trained to neatly stack all items in a convenient location.

In addition to the above hours, special delivery arrangements are available. Please call for a quote.

Rentals must be broken down, restacked and ready for pickup and in the same locations it was delivered. Please save and reuse all of the packing material you receive with your order to prevent breakage.

What types of Payment do you accept?

We accept credit, debit card, cashapp, zelle. $75 deposit is due upon reservation, the balance is required 3 days before pickup or delivery.

Do you setup and breakdown rental products?

Setup and takedown services are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance.

Can I pickup and drop off rental products?

Customers are welcome to pickup and return their rentals during store hours. Call in advance and your rentals will be packed and ready for pickup.

Whats your minimum order?

No minimum order. Just Kids Party is there to service all events, large and small. While there is no minimum order, there is a minimum order for delivery. Minimum order for delivery is $250 minimum order for Pickup $75

what is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order any time up until two (2) business days prior to delivery and no fee will be charged. Cancelling your order or removing items from your order the day prior to delivery will incur a restocking fee equal to 50% of the price of the items cancelled or removed. Cancelling your order on the day of delivery will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

What is your rental period?

Rental products are quoted for same day pickup and return. If you need it longer, Please let us know and we will be glad to update your quote.

What happens if any of the rental products are damaged?

While we do not charge a standard breakage fee on our orders, you may incur additional charges for broken or missing items upon pick up.

What happens if I dont use part of my rental order?

There is no refund for unused rental products already in your possession.

Is sales taxes included in the cost of the rental products?

Sales tax is not included in rental price. Just Kids Party is a registered company in Maryland and is required to collect taxes.

How do I prepare Items for pickup?

Please make sure chairs are stacked and tables folded and ready for pickup.
