OUR INVOICES ARE DUE ON RECEIPT. Invoices are valid for 2hrs only.
Balance payment is DUE a week before the event.
All orders can be changed a week before the event but not for lesser priced rentals, If the desired rentals are available for an extra fee $65.
Deposit are non refundable.
Please note our rental price does not include tax or delivery.
A 30% deposit of your order total is required to hold your reservation
We have a minimum of $350 rental order for delivery at a cost depending on your location.

Rentals are same day rental
Our pickups are on Saturday only at 8am EST. If you are more than 10 mins late, the first minute after the Grace period of 10 mins is $25. After the next 10 mins it will be an extra $50 there after.
Pickup will be allowed on day of event to be returned by the end of the day by 7pm EST.
We pickup our deliveries by 7pm. You have the option to extend till 8pm for an extra $150.
No returns on Sunday, if you are not able to return on Saturday by 7pm, then rentals should be returned by 4pm on Monday for an extra fee of $75
Minimum order for pickup $150 at our storage location.
A pickup order requires refundable damage deposit $150 . Damage deposit is refunded as soon as rentals are received in the condition in which they were picked up.
For Ball pit or Moon bounce rental a refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be required. Please note this will only be refunded If ball pit or moon bounce is not damaged, not stained, not moved and all balls are in the pit at the time of pickup. (Please note this does not cover the cost of totally damage to the Moon bounce or Ball pits – which includes stains that are not removable ).
There is a credit / debit convenience fee charged if used.
If we have to use stairs or elevator, there is a extra fee of $75
Delivery does not include setup except otherwise stated.
